Brian Moto is Board member Emeritus of E&FA Board. Mr. Moto serves as Special Assistant to the Provost, Maui College/University of Hawai’i. Before that, he served as Corporation Counsel, the County of Maui’s chief legal advisor and legal representative, for eight years, and as a deputy corporation counsel for ten years. He was previously employed by the law firm Thacher Proffitt & Wood, New York, and by the accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co., New York. Mr. Moto is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D.), Yale Divinity School (M.A. Religion), and the University of Hawaii (B.B.A. Accounting). He is a member of the Hawaii and New York bars. Born and reared on Maui, Brian currently resides in Pukalani.
